Terms and Conditions
For design projects, a deposit or credit card authority is required on commencement, with final payment before project goes to print or is finalised.
NOTE: All artwork is subject to payment, regardless of whether project is completed or not. Any project extending past one month is billed progressively and no further work commenced until full payment received. If payment is not received on time Unicorn Graphics reserves the right to charge 15% interest weekly (or part thereof) on overdue invoices.
Product purchases For products, full payment or credit card authority is required on order. Orders must be fully paid for before despatch. Prices do not include postage & packaging. Delivery is by Australia Post. Australian prices include GST. Prices are approximate in other currencies as actual international rates are dependent on the day your credit card provider debits your card. *International orders (either products or design work): Approximate conversions can be seen at XE-COM *
*Please note these conversions are approximate and that your credit card will be debited in Australian Dollars. Your credit card provider might charge a fee for this conversion which is the responsibility of the customer. Any Customs duties, taxes or fees or extra freight in your own country are the responsibility of the customer. If your requested product is temporarily out of stock we will contact you immediately with an ETA (estimated time of delivery).
